Kindergarten Graduation

Owen officially graduated from Montessori Kindergarten this week! We are so proud of all that he has accomplished this year!!

1st Recital

As many of you know, Andrew started taking piano lessons this year. He has only been playing for 8 months now. I think he has an ear for it!! Here is a sampling from his very first recital piece....(VERY PROUD MOM!)

Empire Strikes Back....

Ok, so we all know by now that Evan is obsessed with Star Wars/Clone Wars. I'm not sure if this would be categorized as directing or performance art!!
He will stand in front of the piano for a good 20 minutes (with his "Darth Maul" face) and listen to this over and over and over....

(It gets a little long, but you must hang on for the nose picking and transition between 2 songs!)

Mother's Day Program

Owen's Kindergarten class prepared a tea party for Mother's Day!
It was absolutely wonderful!! The kids did ALL the work. His teacher said they were so busy this morning cutting all the fruit, making sandwiches and frosting cookies. Each child had to pour tea for their mom and serve them a plate of goodies!
